Kate is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with over six years of demonstrated history in the healthcare management consulting industry. She has delivered over 60+ projects across US, UK, Ireland, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman, helping clients improve their financial, operational and clinical performance.

Kate specializes in process improvement and change management initiatives of any size and scale. She takes a collaborative approach to every engagement, assimilating herself into the client’s organization. Kate utilizes extensive project management tools in her work to translate conceptual discussions and ideas in to practical and actionable terms. She uses these tools in supporting value-based strategy, medical group revenue cycle and quality payment programs. Kate also focuses her work on the learning/ leadership development space, where she identifies the critical behaviors, mindsets and key systems/ structures/ processes needed to drive results.
